LKOS Schedule of Events

Race kit pick-up and bike check:

  • Early check-in/registration on Saturday, June 26th, 4:00pm-6:00pm
  • Check-in/registration on Sunday, June 27th, 6:30am-8:00am

The first wave is at 8:30am Sunday, June 27th

Note: Ages 7 and under can use a floatation device in the swim.

Distances

*The swim is a pool swim.

The Lindsay Kids of Steel (KOS) is a pool swim and for this reason the number of participants is limited to the amount of swimmers in the pool at one time. Therefore the swim is done in a wave format. Also the Lindsay KOS has one transition area and a bike course that requires loops. To create a safe race, we need to have one group off the bike course before the next one enters it.

Every athlete must be registered and have their bike in the transition area by shortly after 8 am. The race will start around 8:30 am. There will be no exceptions to this.

The following start times are approximate: It will depend on the slowest biker in each group.
