Triathlon is a sport that combines swimming, cycling, and running. The Kids of Steel program offers a series of regional races geared towards children up to 19 years of age. The purpose of these races is to introduce young people and their parents (etc.) to the sport of Triathlon in a safe manner. Each of the triathlons is designed to be a fun and challenging event for children and youths. The Lindsay Kids of Steel is one of many such events across Ontario.

OAT Membership

Annual KOS membership is only $25.00 per year for those aged 15 and under (as of December 31st, in the year of competition). The annual membership for Juniors (aged 16 to 19) is $50.00 per year KOS athletes without a full year membership must purchase a $6.00 One Day Membership at each race. Juniors without an annual membership will be required to pay a $6.00 One Day Membership fee.
